Event Management -
Logistics, Marketing, and Internal Communication
As a seasoned event marketing manager, I have directed events of varying magnitudes, including, keynote programs, live streams, virtual events, galas, and community festivals. Managing from concept to execution, I oversee logistics, budget, scheduling, vendors, marketing creative and strategy, internal communications, and data analysis for performance tracking. Integrated Marketing
Another project that I am proud of is a cause marketing campaign that I directed for Giving Tuesday 2023 in partnership with Reading Partners. As an experienced creative project manager, I ensured alignment of goals and objectives were established with critical stakeholders, and that cohesive brand and messaging was effectively communicated across shared platforms to the target audience. Program Management
Innovative programs and product management strategies are some of my strengths. An example of this proficiency lies in the regional Member Benefit strategy I developed and executed in 2023. Leveraging data analytics and A/B testing, I developed and executed a program to engage clients and increase the usage of member benefits to grow referrals and sales for the enterprise. This strategic initiative contributed to key performance indicators and my region of the company being a top performer for revenue. Click here to learn more.
Strategic Planning
As an experienced strategic planner, I have worked for nimble teams where I have had to take on multiple roles. I am passionate about long-term planning and have over ten years of experience overseeing and executing strategic initiatives within an organization. An example of this is the five years I've spent working for Thrivent, a nationwide financial service organization, where I serve as the project manager for the West Engagement team.
